Information we receive

If you contact us by email or through an enabled contact form, we may receive your name, contact information, company, domain interests, and the contents of your message.

How we use information

We use inquiry details to respond to requests, assess relevant brokerage opportunities, communicate about potential transactions, and maintain necessary business records. We do not promise to represent any domain owner merely because a domain is submitted.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with service providers necessary to operate the business, and with transaction participants where appropriate and lawful. We retain information only as reasonably required for these purposes or legal obligations.

Analytics and security

Inquiry submissions use Cloudflare for request processing and bot protection (Turnstile), and Resend to deliver messages by email. Data may be processed by these providers for transmission, protection, and service operations. Google Analytics is not currently embedded. Before enabling analytics, this notice and applicable consent controls will be updated.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us.
